Objective

Ensure the bowling green in the aged care facility is maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, promoting a safe and hygienic environment for residents and visitors.

Scope of Work
  • Remove debris and litter from the bowling green surface.
  • Sweep and clean the surrounding pathways and seating areas.
  • Sanitize handrails and any touchpoints around the bowling green.
  • Dust and wipe down any outdoor furniture and fixtures.
  • Ensure all cleaning agents used are suitable for outdoor surfaces and safe for residents.
Method
  1. Begin by collecting and disposing of all visible debris and litter from the bowling green.
  2. Use a broom to sweep the surface of the bowling green, ensuring all dirt and dust are removed.
  3. Wipe down handrails and touchpoints with a disinfectant solution.
  4. Dust and clean outdoor furniture using a damp cloth and appropriate cleaning solution.
  5. Inspect the area for any remaining dirt or debris and repeat cleaning steps as necessary.
