Objective
Ensure the tennis court in the aged care facility is maintained at a high standard of cleanliness to promote safety, hygiene, and enjoyment for residents.
Scope of Work
- Remove all debris, leaves, and litter from the court surface.
- Sanitize all touchpoints, including net posts and seating areas.
- Dust and wipe down all surrounding surfaces, including fences and gates.
- Clean and sanitize any court equipment stored on-site.
- Ensure the court surface is free from stains and marks.
Method
- Use a leaf blower or broom to remove debris from the court surface.
- Apply a suitable disinfectant to all touchpoints and wipe with a clean cloth.
- Dust surrounding surfaces using a microfiber cloth.
- Wipe down court equipment with a disinfectant solution.
- Spot clean any stains on the court surface using a mild detergent and water.

Documentation
- Cleaning Checklist: Digital or paper checklist to verify completion of all cleaning tasks
- Incident Reports: Documentation of any cleaning-related incidents, spills, or issues encountered
- Maintenance Records: Record any maintenance needs identified during cleaning (for reporting to maintenance team)
- Photos: Before and after photos as requested to document cleaning completion and quality
