Objective

Ensure the pool deck area of the education facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all users.

Scope of Work
  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the pool deck area.
  • Sanitise all surfaces including railings, benches, and tables.
  • Mop the entire pool deck with a non-slip cleaning solution.
  • Ensure all drains are clear of debris to prevent water pooling.
  • Wipe down all signage and ensure visibility.
  • Inspect and clean all poolside furniture.
  • Ensure all cleaning activities comply with relevant safety and environmental standards.
Method
  1. Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and placing it in the appropriate rubbish bins.
  2. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination, applying a sanitising solution to all high-touch surfaces.
  3. Prepare a mop with a non-slip cleaning solution and thoroughly mop the entire pool deck, paying special attention to corners and edges.
  4. Check all drains and remove any blockages to ensure proper drainage.
  5. Wipe down all signage with a damp cloth to ensure clarity and visibility.
  6. Inspect poolside furniture for cleanliness and wipe down with a sanitising solution.
  7. Ensure all cleaning equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
