Objective

To ensure the dog park within the government building premises is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all users.

Scope of Work
  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the park area.
  • Sanitise all seating and communal areas.
  • Clean and sanitise water fountains and taps.
  • Empty and sanitise rubbish bins.
  • Inspect and clean all signage for visibility and hygiene.
  • Ensure pathways are free of dirt and obstructions.
  • Check and clean any dog waste stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of surrounding fences and gates.
Method
  1. Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and debris using a colour-coded system to prevent cross-contamination.
  2. Sanitise seating and communal areas using an approved disinfectant, ensuring all surfaces are wiped down thoroughly.
  3. Clean water fountains and taps with a sanitising solution, ensuring no residue is left.
  4. Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin interiors and exteriors.
  5. Wipe down all signage with a damp cloth and sanitiser to ensure cleanliness and readability.
  6. Sweep pathways to remove dirt and debris, ensuring they are clear and safe for use.
  7. Check dog waste stations, empty and sanitise as necessary.
  8. Inspect fences and gates, removing any dirt or marks with appropriate cleaning agents.
