Objective
Ensure the curing oven area in the industrial facility is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring safety, hygiene, and compliance with Australian regulations.
Scope of Work
- Remove all debris and waste from the curing oven area.
- Dust all surfaces including ledges, equipment exteriors, and control panels.
- Sanitise all high-touch surfaces such as handles, switches, and control panels.
- Vacuum and mop floors to remove dust and spills.
- Inspect and clean air vents and filters to prevent dust accumulation.
- Ensure all cleaning is performed using colour-coded cleaning systems to prevent cross-contamination.
Method
- Begin by removing all loose debris and placing it in the appropriate rubbish bins.
- Use a microfibre cloth to dust all surfaces, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
- Apply a suitable sanitising solution to high-touch surfaces and allow it to dwell for the recommended time before wiping clean.
- Vacuum the floor using an industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter.
- Mop the floor using a damp mop and a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
- Inspect air vents and filters, clean using a vacuum or damp cloth as necessary.

Fail | Significant dust and debris on surfaces; high-touch areas are unsanitised; floors are dirty with visible spills; air vents are clogged with dust. |
Documentation
- Cleaning Checklist: Digital or paper checklist to verify completion of all cleaning tasks
