Objective

Ensure the perimeter road of the industrial facility is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Australian regulations.

Scope of Work
  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the perimeter road.
  • Sweep and clean the road surface to remove dust and dirt.
  • Sanitise any high-touch surfaces such as gates and barriers.
  • Ensure all drains and gutters are free from blockages and debris.
  • Inspect and clean any signage for visibility and cleanliness.
Method
  1. Conduct a visual inspection of the perimeter road to identify areas requiring attention.
  2. Use a broom and dustpan to sweep debris and collect rubbish.
  3. Utilise a high-pressure hose to clean the road surface where necessary.
  4. Apply a sanitising solution to high-touch surfaces using a colour-coded cleaning system.
  5. Check and clear drains and gutters of any obstructions.
  6. Wipe down signage with a damp cloth to ensure visibility and cleanliness.
