Objective
Ensure the perimeter road of the industrial facility is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Australian regulations.
Scope of Work
- Remove all rubbish and debris from the perimeter road.
- Sweep and clean the road surface to remove dust and dirt.
- Sanitise any high-touch surfaces such as gates and barriers.
- Ensure all drains and gutters are free from blockages and debris.
- Inspect and clean any signage for visibility and cleanliness.
Method
- Conduct a visual inspection of the perimeter road to identify areas requiring attention.
- Use a broom and dustpan to sweep debris and collect rubbish.
- Utilise a high-pressure hose to clean the road surface where necessary.
- Apply a sanitising solution to high-touch surfaces using a colour-coded cleaning system.
- Check and clear drains and gutters of any obstructions.
- Wipe down signage with a damp cloth to ensure visibility and cleanliness.
