Objective

Ensure the chiller plant area within the transportation hub is maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.

Scope of Work
  • Dust all surfaces, including machinery and structural elements.
  • Sanitise high-touch surfaces such as control panels and door handles.
  • Vacuum and mop floors to remove debris and prevent slip hazards.
  • Wipe down walls and remove any visible stains or marks.
  • Empty and clean rubbish bins, ensuring proper waste segregation.
  • Inspect and clean air vents and filters to ensure optimal air quality.
Method
  1. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination.
  2. Begin by dusting all surfaces with a microfibre cloth.
  3. Sanitise high-touch areas using an approved disinfectant.
  4. Vacuum floors using a HEPA-filter vacuum cleaner.
  5. Mop floors with a neutral pH cleaner to prevent damage to surfaces.
  6. Wipe walls with a damp cloth and appropriate cleaning solution.
  7. Empty rubbish bins and replace liners, ensuring bins are sanitised.
  8. Clean air vents and filters with a vacuum and damp cloth.
