Objective
Ensure the Engine Run-up Area at the Transportation Hub is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring safety, hygiene, and compliance with Australian regulations.
Scope of Work
- Remove all debris and rubbish from the area.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all surfaces, including floors and walls.
- Ensure all drains are clear and free from obstructions.
- Utilise colour-coded cleaning systems to prevent cross-contamination.
- Conduct regular inspections for oil spills and other contaminants.
- Ensure all cleaning agents are environmentally friendly and compliant with Australian standards.
Method
- Inspect the area for any debris or rubbish and remove it using appropriate PPE.
- Use a high-pressure washer to clean the floor surfaces, ensuring all oil and grease are removed.
- Apply a suitable degreaser to stubborn stains and scrub with a brush.
- Rinse the area thoroughly with water and ensure all cleaning agents are removed.
- Sanitise all surfaces using an approved sanitising solution.
- Check and clear all drains, ensuring they are free from blockages.
- Conduct a final inspection to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to standard.

Documentation
