Objective

Ensure the Engine Run-up Area at the Transportation Hub is maintained to the highest cleaning standards, ensuring safety, hygiene, and compliance with Australian regulations.

Scope of Work
  • Remove all debris and rubbish from the area.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitise all surfaces, including floors and walls.
  • Ensure all drains are clear and free from obstructions.
  • Utilise colour-coded cleaning systems to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Conduct regular inspections for oil spills and other contaminants.
  • Ensure all cleaning agents are environmentally friendly and compliant with Australian standards.
Method
  1. Inspect the area for any debris or rubbish and remove it using appropriate PPE.
  2. Use a high-pressure washer to clean the floor surfaces, ensuring all oil and grease are removed.
  3. Apply a suitable degreaser to stubborn stains and scrub with a brush.
  4. Rinse the area thoroughly with water and ensure all cleaning agents are removed.
  5. Sanitise all surfaces using an approved sanitising solution.
  6. Check and clear all drains, ensuring they are free from blockages.
  7. Conduct a final inspection to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to standard.
