Objective

Ensure the outdoor gym area in the government building is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all users.

Scope of Work
  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the outdoor gym area.
  • Sanitise all gym equipment, including benches, bars, and handles.
  • Wipe down all surfaces, including seating and railings, with appropriate cleaning agents.
  • Sweep and mop the flooring to remove dirt and grime.
  • Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied and cleaned.
  • Inspect and clean surrounding areas, including pathways and entry points, to ensure they are free of litter and dirt.
Method
  1. Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and debris, placing it in the designated rubbish bins.
  2. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination, ensuring separate cloths and mops for different areas.
  3. Apply a suitable sanitising solution to all gym equipment, allowing it to dwell for the recommended time before wiping clean.
  4. Wipe down all surfaces with a damp cloth and appropriate cleaning agent, ensuring all areas are covered.
  5. Sweep the entire area to remove loose dirt and debris, followed by mopping with a disinfectant solution.
  6. Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and clean the bins with a disinfectant spray.
  7. Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet the cleanliness standards.
