Objective
Ensure the ensuite bathroom in hospitality facilities is cleaned to the highest Australian standards, maintaining hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Scope of Work
- Dust all surfaces including shelves and ledges.
- Clean and sanitise the toilet, including the bowl, seat, and exterior.
- Wipe and sanitise all taps and fixtures.
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.
- Scrub and sanitise the shower area, including tiles and grout.
- Mop the floor with a disinfectant solution.
- Empty and sanitise rubbish bins.
- Replenish toiletries and towels as needed.
- Check and clean ventilation grilles.
Method
- Prepare the cleaning trolley with colour-coded cloths and appropriate cleaning agents.
- Dust all surfaces using a microfibre cloth.
- Apply toilet cleaner to the bowl and allow it to sit while cleaning other areas.
- Wipe and sanitise taps and fixtures using a disinfectant spray.
- Clean mirrors with glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
- Scrub shower tiles and grout with a suitable bathroom cleaner.
- Mop the floor using a disinfectant solution, ensuring no residue is left.
- Empty rubbish bins and replace liners.
- Replenish toiletries and towels, ensuring they are neatly arranged.
- Inspect and clean ventilation grilles to ensure proper airflow.
