Objective

To maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment in the sports bar area, ensuring compliance with Australian health and safety standards.

Scope of Work
  • Dusting all surfaces including tables, chairs, and bar counters.
  • Sanitising high-touch areas such as door handles, taps, and bar tops.
  • Vacuuming and mopping all floor surfaces.
  • Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washbasins.
  • Emptying and sanitising rubbish bins.
  • Cleaning glass surfaces including windows and mirrors.
  • Ensuring all cleaning activities comply with colour-coded cleaning systems to prevent cross-contamination.
Method
  1. Begin by dusting all surfaces using a microfibre cloth to capture dust effectively.
  2. Sanitise high-touch areas with an appropriate disinfectant, ensuring contact time as per manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Vacuum all carpeted areas using a HEPA filter vacuum cleaner to minimise airborne dust.
  4. Mop hard floors with a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
  5. Clean toilets and washbasins using a toilet-specific cleaner, ensuring all surfaces are scrubbed and sanitised.
  6. Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin interior and exterior.
  7. Clean glass surfaces with a streak-free glass cleaner, ensuring no smudges or streaks remain.

FailSurfaces are dusty and dirty. High-touch areas are not sanitised. Floors are dirty with significant debris. Toilets are dirty with strong odours. Rubbish bins are full and unsanitised.
