Objective
Ensure the service road within the industrial facility is maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, ensuring safety and compliance with Australian regulations.
Scope of Work
- Remove all rubbish and debris from the service road.
- Sweep and mop the entire surface area to remove dirt and grime.
- Sanitise high-touch areas such as gates and handles.
- Ensure all drains and gutters are free from blockages and debris.
- Inspect and clean any signage for visibility and cleanliness.
- Remove any graffiti or markings from surfaces.
Method
- Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and debris using a trolley and dispose of it in the appropriate rubbish bins.
- Sweep the entire service road using a broom to remove loose dirt and dust.
- Prepare a mop bucket with a suitable cleaning solution and mop the surface thoroughly.
- Use a sanitising spray on high-touch areas and wipe with a clean cloth.
- Check all drains and gutters, removing any blockages with a brush or similar tool.
- Clean signage using a mild detergent and water, ensuring no streaks or residue remain.
- Use a graffiti remover for any markings, following product instructions carefully.
