Objective

To ensure the electric vehicle charging area in retail facilities is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, providing a welcoming and safe environment for users.

Scope of Work
  • Dusting and wiping of all charging stations and surrounding surfaces.
  • Sanitising of high-touch areas including charging handles and screens.
  • Removal of rubbish and debris from the area.
  • Mopping of hard surfaces to remove dirt and stains.
  • Cleaning of signage and information boards.
  • Inspection and cleaning of adjacent pathways and parking bays.
Method
  1. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination.
  2. Begin by dusting and wiping down all surfaces with a microfibre cloth.
  3. Sanitise high-touch areas using an approved disinfectant.
  4. Collect and dispose of all rubbish in designated rubbish bins.
  5. Mop floors with a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left.
  6. Inspect and clean signage using a glass cleaner for clarity.

Documentation
