Objective

Ensure the motorcycle parking area at the transportation hub is clean, safe, and free from hazards, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Australian cleaning standards.

Scope of Work
  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the parking area.
  • Clean and sanitise all surfaces, including parking bays and signage.
  • Sweep and mop the entire parking area to remove dust and dirt.
  • Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied and sanitised.
  • Inspect and clean any adjacent pathways and access points.
  • Remove any oil spills or stains using appropriate cleaning agents.
  • Ensure all lighting fixtures are free from dust and cobwebs.
Method
  1. Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and debris, placing it in the appropriate rubbish bins.
  2. Use a broom to sweep the entire area, focusing on corners and edges where dirt accumulates.
  3. Prepare a mop with a suitable cleaning solution and mop the entire area, ensuring all surfaces are covered.
  4. Use a sanitising solution to wipe down all surfaces, including parking bay lines and signage.
  5. Empty all rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin surfaces.
  6. Inspect the area for oil spills and use a degreaser to clean any affected areas.
  7. Dust all lighting fixtures and remove any cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
