Objective

Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of pushback tractors at transportation hubs, adhering to Australian cleaning standards and practices.

Scope of Work
  • Dusting of all surfaces including dashboard, steering wheel, and control panels.
  • Wiping and sanitising of all high-touch areas such as handles, levers, and buttons.
  • Vacuuming of seats and floor areas to remove dirt and debris.
  • Cleaning of windows and mirrors for clear visibility.
  • Emptying and sanitising of rubbish bins.
  • Inspection and removal of any visible stains or marks on surfaces.
  • Odour control measures to ensure a fresh environment.
Method
  1. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination.
  2. Begin with dusting all surfaces using a microfibre cloth.
  3. Apply a suitable sanitising solution to high-touch areas and wipe with a clean cloth.
  4. Vacuum seats and floor areas thoroughly.
  5. Clean windows and mirrors with a glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
  6. Empty rubbish bins and replace liners, then sanitise the bin surfaces.
  7. Inspect for stains and treat with appropriate cleaning agents.
  8. Apply odour neutralisers as needed.
